Your data, plainly.

What we collect

• Account info — email, display name, optional LinkedIn URL and resume.
• Submission artifacts — every link, file, screenshot, repo, deck, or video you attach to a challenge.
• Reflection answers — the five short writeups you give us about how you built the thing.
• Scoring metadata — AI/manual scores, AJIR pillar breakdowns, verification status.
• Light usage telemetry — page views and submission events so we can fix bugs and improve flows.

What we don't collect

• No third-party ad trackers, no Facebook pixel, no cross-site fingerprinting.
• No selling your data — ever.
• No microphone or camera access without an explicit prompt for that specific feature.

Who sees your submission

When you submit proof to a challenge, the submission becomes visible to:

• You, in your builder dashboard.
• Proof reviewers, for scoring, verification, and platform integrity.
• The employer running the specific challenge you submitted to — and only that one. Other employers do not see it.

Your profile is private by default. We only show it to other parties when you explicitly mark it public or apply to a challenge that requires sharing.

How it's stored

Data is stored on Lovable Cloud (Supabase-backed Postgres + object storage), encrypted at rest and in transit (HTTPS). Access is gated by row-level security so an employer cannot query another employer's challenge data, and one builder cannot read another builder's drafts.

Deletion & data export

Email privacy@proofaiq.com to request a full export of your data or permanent deletion of your account. We respond within 14 days.

Updates

If we materially change this policy, we'll email everyone with an account before the change takes effect.
