PROOF is built specifically for non-tech roles. The whole premise is that Marketing Managers, Sales Leads, and Finance Analysts now need to work alongside AI — and no one has a good way to test if they actually can. That's exactly what we fix.
Take-home tests can be faked. PROOF submissions require a process trail (the candidate shows their AI interactions, not just the output), plus a 90-second verification call. Fabrication gates cap scores rather than pass bad submissions through.
Every submission is scored on the public AJIR rubric: Applied AI Capability (30%), Human Judgment (25%), Verified Impact (30%), and Responsible Deployment (15%). The formula is public — candidates can see exactly how they'll be judged before they start.
There's a small candidate enrolment fee to maintain challenge integrity. Candidates receive a portable AIQ certificate they own permanently — regardless of whether they get the job. The score can be used for any future application on PROOF.
The challenge runs for 48 hours. After it closes, we process and verify all submissions — standard shortlists are delivered within 24–48h of challenge close. Premium clients get priority delivery.
